Take a 10-30 minute walk every day. And while you walk, smile. It is the ultimate anti-depressant.

Craftbomb went super well this weekend! Jess , Liv and I had a super fun time making all weekend and then selling on Sunday. I said goodbye to one of my wooden families, meet some wonderful people, ate some yummy yummy carrot cake and of course had some of Fred's amazing lemonade !

This weekend I went to a little gallery in New Market called Seed. Seed gallery is a commercial art gallery representing emerging and established artists from New Zealand and further afield. It was set up by Kate and Emma in 2006 and is doing quite well I believe. The current exhibition is of John Pusateris work which is super amazing and the photographs really don't do it justice at all.. So if you get some free time you really should check out his work.

In wrest, John Pusateri performs as both artist and athlete in a series of large scale drawings. Pusateri suggests the process of drawing as a physical challenge, drawing parallels between artistic and athletic endeavours.

Last Sunday I got my first taste of a Craft fair and I think I'm hooked. Liv and Jess let me tag along for Kraftbomb to see what its all about. Liv creates a great array of wonderful things including cute little owl necklaces and Jess has her own little letterset PS-Please send. I brought along some of my button necklaces to see how they would go.
